Opening An Account?

Joining the Credit Union is the best decision you could take for your money.

To become a member you will need to fill in a Membership Application Form. You can go into a Credit Union branch to obtain a Membership Application Form where assistance is available if required, or you can download by clicking on the link below and bring it with you to credit union office along with following documents:

  1. Proof of Identity - Passport, Drivers Licence, Confirmation of State Benefits or OAP travel pass.
  2. Proof of Address - Utility Bill, Bank Statement or any letter which you have received within the last 3 months

Our Credit Union lets people in the community come together to save and borrow money at low rates, profits being made belong to the Credit Union, that is the owner-members only and not to any other body. Any surpluses made from trade after the appropriate allocation to the reserves; any remaining funds can be paid as a dividend to owner-members only at the behest of the Board of Directors and with the consent of the owner-members.

Flexible & Convenient Loans
Members can take out loans after joining and having established an electronic payment system to their credit union account, and repay at tailor-made schedules.

Attractive Dividend on Shares

Member savings are considered to be shares. Depending upon the trading surpluses made by the Credit Union and after an allocation of this as been made to the reserves of the Credit Union, upon the recommendations of the Board of Directors, a dividend can be paid on shares held by each owner-member. This dividend is paid to each qualifying owner-member based upon the accumulating amount of their shares deposited and maintained during the accounting period, like a loyalty bonus etc.

Quality Service
You can be assured of a professional service from the Credit Union at all times. There is a £1 minimum share holding plus once off £5 membership fee.
